Special floor coatings prevent radon from the floor penetrating the building. This keeps radon concentrations that are harmful to health in interior areas within safe limits, even in regions where high levels of radon occur naturally. StoCretec offers floor systems whose radon-proof effects have been certified by the accredited institute IAF Radioökologie in Radeberg, Germany.

In production facilities, conductive floor coatings provide benefits such as protection against ESD (electrostatic discharge), reducing the risk of damage to electronic components as a result of electrostatic discharge. The conductivity ensures that most of the electrostatic potential is dissipated via the ground. The sophisticated StoFloor ESD systems can be adapted to all building-specific requirements.

A deep-acting hydrophobic agent with silane gel: StoCryl HG 200 protects reinforced concrete against the ingress of water and water-soluble harmful substances in a durable and effective manner. It therefore prevents damage caused by frost, chloride penetration, and chloride-induced steel corrosion, and significantly extends the service life of the construction work.

StoPox TU 100 ensures a higher degree of safety in tunnels thanks to its bright, non-reflective surface. Its optimised surface properties also ensure excellent cleanability – with the highest score according to EN 11998 – and maximum resistance to soiling.

StoCrete SM and StoCrete SM P quick repair mortars make it fast and easy to repair concrete damage to building elements that are not suitable for foot traffic. They are versatile, highly tolerant to application, and extremely durable – and their reduced drying times and shorter application cycles make them more economical to use.
