Tested, proven, economical
Our AgBB coating systems* do not contain solvents and plasticisers such as benzyl alcohol and nonylphenol. They are used where there are increased requirements for indoor air quality, for example in recreation rooms, nurseries, schools, hospitals as well as offices, social and sales rooms. Thanks to variable components, our AgBB systems can be easily adapted to different technical and visual requirements. They are also characterised by high cost-effectiveness.
* AgBB = Committee for Health-related Evaluation of Building Products
In order to provide the basis for a standardised and comprehensible health assessment of building products in Germany, the Committee for Health-related Evaluation of Building Products (AgBB) has drawn up test criteria and developed an assessment scheme for VOC emissions from interior-relevant building products. The assessment scheme sets health-related quality standards for the production of building products for indoor use and is intended to support the development of particularly low VOC content products.(Source: www.umweltbundesamt.de)

System 1 - The comfortable system
The system is viscoplastic, reduces impact sound and offers a high level of walking comfort. Even a load from chair castors is no problem. The wide range of colours means that there are virtually no limits to the designer's freedom of design.
The advantages at a glance:
- UV-resistant, light-fast and colour-fast
- Wide range of colours for design applications
- Good aggregate and impact resistance
- Good footfall sound insulation
- High walking comfort
- Viscoplastic
- Bridging of cracks
- Suitable for chair castors

System 2 - The variable system
Critical substrates such as calcium sulphate or magnesia screeds are often encountered during renovations. In these cases, a diffusion-permeable coating is sometimes required. Water-based epoxy resins are ideally suited for this purpose. A wide range of colours and the choice of sealing coat also guarantee many design options here.
The advantages at a glance:
- Water vapour permeability
- Can be used on damp mineral substrates and substrates with moisture on the reverse side
- Can be used on calcium sulphate and magnesia screeds that are moist on the back
- Wide range of colours for design applications
- Electrical conductivity variants
- Suitable for chair castors

System 3 - The practical system
This system is mainly used in industrial areas where high demands are placed on the mechanical and chemical resistance of the floor in addition to the fulfilment of AgBB requirements.
The advantages at a glance:
- High mechanical load-bearing capacity
- High chemical resistance
- Suitable for chair castors
- Suitable for vehicle traffic: vehicles with air, vulkollan and polyamide tyres
- Fast curing
- Wide range of colours

System 5 - The tough system
If elastic and/or bridging of cracks properties are in the foreground of an interior floor coating due to the nature of the substrate, this mechanically light to medium load-bearing system is the right solution.
The advantages at a glance:
- UV-resistant, light fastness and colour-fast
- Tough and hard
- Bridging of cracks
- Also suitable for thermoplastic substrates
- Wide range of colours
