Bundling activities and methods
Management systems are coordinated activities, instruments and methods to systematically achieve the corporate goals of an organization. Many systems can be certified according to ISO (International Standards Organization = an international organization for standardization).
At StoCretec and Sto, we operate an integrated management system in accordance with the relevant ISO regulations for quality, the environment, safety and energy. This is how we create the conditions for implementing central sustainability aspects in the company. The high demands we place on our management systems in the fields of quality, sustainability and ecology are also reflected in the Sto Group's mission statement.
We see it as a matter of course and our duty to implement this in an exemplary manner and to continuously improve it.
The main production sites of the Sto Group are recorded in an integrated management system. In addition, the majority of the plants are certified according to external standards.
Quality management ISO 9001
ISO 9001 takes into account internal and external influencing factors as well as the interests and expectations of a wide range of groups.
In the 2020 reporting year, 27 of the 34 Sto locations were certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management standard. In addition, various locations were audited in 2020 for monitoring according to ISO 9001.

Environmental management ISO 14001
ISO 14001 continuously optimizes the environmental impact, ensures compliance with legal and environmental requirements and promotes the achievement of environmental goals.
At the end of 2020, 17 Sto Group plants were certified according to the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system standard. Successful monitoring audits were also carried out in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard in the year under review.

Energy management ISO 50001
The aim of ISO 50001 is the continuous improvement of energy-related performance. It describes requirements for the introduction, operation and improvement of an energy management system.
