StoCretec and the power of the Sto Group
Every building project requires specific technical, aesthetic and application-orientated solutions. As part of the globally active Sto Group, StoCretec GmbH utilises an unrivalled network of expertise for national and international projects. Its presence in the various regions of the world enables rapid access to a broad pool of experience and knowledge at any time.
Here we present the leadership and management of the Sto Group:
Part of Sto's self-image as a medium-sized family business is that the owner family Stotmeister plays a responsible role in the company's management bodies. This is why the entrepreneurs are involved in the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of STO Management SE as well as the Supervisory Board of Sto SE & Co. KGaA. STO Management SE is the personally liable partner of Sto SE & Co. KGaA and, represented by its Executive Board members, manages the business of Sto SE & Co. KGaA.
StoCretec management team
In the StoCretec management team, which consists of the managing director Holger Sommer, six department heads and two sales area heads, all key company issues such as strategic priorities, sales targets and growth strategy are decided together.
In addition to economic issues, all ecological and social issues are also discussed and approved in regular meetings.
Executive Board of STO Management SE
Rainer Hüttenberger, Chief Executive Officer,
is responsible for Marketing and Brand Sales Sto as well as Strategy, M&A and Sustainability. His area of responsibility includes the subsidiaries of the Sto brand. Rainer Hüttenberger has been with the company since 2011.
Jost Bendel, Chief Technology Officer
is the Chief Technology Officer responsible for the following areas: Facade and Interior business unit, Concrete Repair and Floor business unit, Industry business unit, Innovation, Operations, Purchasing and 2-tier Sales. He has been with the company since 2024 and previously held global management positions at companies such as Siemens and Schindler for many years.

Note: Ms Désirée Konrad is currently not a member of the Executive Board of STO Management SE as she is on maternity or parental leave in accordance with Section 84 (3) AktG.
