WHG = Water Resources Act

Water pollution control requirements for installations and proof of usability of approved construction products Installations for the storage, filling, production and treatment of substances hazardous to water, as well as installations for the use of substances hazardous to water in the commercial sector and in public facilities, must be designed, constructed, maintained, operated and decommissioned in such a way that there is no risk of adverse changes to the properties of water bodies. (§ 62 Paragraph 1 WHG).
The principle of concern of the Water Resources Act (Wasserhaushaltsgesetz) as well as the practical implementation of the requirements by means of suitable system components of the producers with their required proof of usability form the basis for the philosophy of this conference
