Our employees in the Technical ServiceCentre will take care of your technical questions, necessary documentation and much more. We also provide you with our technical manual as a helpful reference work.
The quick way to information: Our staff at the Technical ServiceCentre will be happy to help you. Do you urgently need information or a document? Do you have a question about a technical information sheet? Is your system consultant in the middle of another call and you have an urgent request? You've come to the right place! Our Technical ServiceCentre will advise you promptly and competently and clarify even complex questions directly with our product management.
In addition to technical information, documentation, approvals and permits, our Technical ServiceCentre offers you much more: It accepts your samples and drill cores for testing the substrate, layer thickness etc.. The Sto laboratory analyses your samples. Our staff will inform you immediately of the test results. This service is free of charge for you and saves valuable time.
Our Technical Manual provides you with relevant information on our products and systems in a handy format. The printed version contains all technical data sheets, our system solutions, information on the application and processing of our products, health and safety instructions and information on disposal - in case you don't have access to the Internet.
