In view of the change in mobility, growing climate targets and technical innovations, planners, applications, operators and authorities alike are faced with the task of rethinking car parks. It's no longer just about parking spaces - multifunctional buildings are needed that enable electromobility, integrate multimodal transport options and make digital services usable. All this without losing sight of economic efficiency and life cycle costs.
At the same time, there is a growing need to bring existing facilities up to the latest technical and energy standards. Chloride protection, digital maintenance planning, smart sensor technology: only the interaction of robust construction methods, predictive maintenance and modern technologies can create long-lasting, sustainable solutions.
With this in mind, the Technische Akademie Esslingen invites you to the 12th Colloquium Parkbauten - the nationwide meeting place for experts from the fields of planning, construction, operation and maintenance. For over two decades, the event has brought together experts and interested parties from science, development, practice and operation - increasingly also from neighbouring German-speaking countries.
