Expert tip StoCrete TG 302

Mortar for robust industrial flooring

We have further developed our repair mortars. They are easier to apply and even more durable. The new buffable StoCrete TG 302 saves up to 30 per cent of time as it is much easier to compact. The proven repair mortars StoCrete TG 104 and StoCrete TG 108 are also easier to apply thanks to their new formulation and can be pumped even more reliably with standard screed pumps. Their extended time for application also simplifies subsequent corrections.

Technological advancements

They make it possible. Technological developments improve the properties of our screed mortars: They are easier to apply and impress with their robustness.

They are suitable for repairing surfaces suitable for vehicle traffic, both indoors and outdoors: the mortars can be used to level damage and unevenness and to carry out repairs on horizontal and gently sloping surfaces.

The mortars are extremely durable thanks to their high resistance to frost and de-icing salt.

New: StoCrete TG 302

Renovating industrial flooring particularly quickly: This is what the new plastic-modified mortar StoCrete TG 302 is designed for. It is easy to apply as a thixotropic, buffable concrete repair.

It enables extremely flexible layer thicknesses of 6 to 100 millimetres in just one work step. The mortar is therefore particularly safe to work with, as no second layer is required and in many cases there is even no need for an additional bonding slurry.

StoCrete TG 302 can be pumped using commercially available machine technology - making it particularly easy to use on large surfaces. It can then be easily compacted and smoothed while standing up with a screed bar or screed spreader, which is easy on the knees and back.
Strength development is also fast: in many cases, the floor can be reworked after just 48 hours, depending on the site conditions.

StoCrete TG 302 - all advantages at a glance:

  • Quick and easy to apply
  • Rapid strength development
  • Can be recoated after approx. 48 hours (at 23 °C)
  • Buffable consistency
  • High paving performance
  • High layer thickness possible in one work step
  • Suitable for producing slopes and can be installed on a slope
  • Machine application possible
  • Can be used without additional bonding agent depending on the substrate
  • Class R4 according to EN 1504-3
  • Building material class A2fl-s1 according to EN 13501-1 (non-combustible according to MVV TB)

Improved: StoCrete TG 104/StoCrete TG 108

StoCrete TG 104 and StoCrete TG 108 mortars are particularly suitable as a substructure for building engineering and traffic areas. They fulfil building material class A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1 (non-combustible in accordance with MVV TB). The two single-component repair mortars combine malleable consistency and high resistance to flow. They can be compacted with minimal effort.

Mechanical conveying and pumping is also possible. A layer thickness of 10 to 50 millimetres can be achieved in a single work step with StoCrete TG 104, and 20 to 100 millimetres with StoCrete TG 108. The new quality extends the time for application - processors have more time to compact, smooth, finish or correct surfaces.

Both mortars are extremely durable thanks to their high resistance to frost and de-icing salt.

The technical properties of StoCrete TG 104/StoCrete TG 108 at a glance:

  • For horizontal and slightly inclined surfaces
  • Polymer-modified and cementitious
  • Malleable consistency
  • Very good for application
  • Can be processed with mixing and conveying technology (e.g. inoCOMB Cabrio 0.2)
  • Can be compacted with little effort
  • High frost/de-icing salt resistance
  • Protection against corrosion and bonding agent available in the system
  • Class R4 in accordance with EN 1504-3
  • Building material class A1 in accordance with EN 13501-1
