Water law requirements in plant-related water pollution control and proof of usability of approved construction products

Installations for the storage, filling, producer and treatment of substances hazardous to water, as well as installations for the use of substances hazardous to water in the commercial sector and in the area of public facilities, must be designed, constructed, maintained, operated and decommissioned in such a way that there is no reason to fear any detrimental change in the properties of water bodies. (§ 62 paragraph 1 WHG).

The principle of concern of the Water Resources Act and the necessary proof of usability of the system components of the respective system producers form the basis of the philosophy of this symposium.

With the updating of numerous Technical Rules for Substances Hazardous to Water (TRwS) and the construction products and their usability certificates, there is a verified basis for planning, construction and operation. The "Water Pollution Control Conference" offers you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the current status of the constantly changing requirements and to exchange information and experience with experts from the respective specialist areas.
