Better application and even more durable: StoCretec continues to develop its repair mortars. The new buffable StoCrete TG 302 saves up to 30 per cent of time as it is much easier to compact. The tried and tested repair mortars StoCrete TG 104 and StoCrete TG 108 are also easier to apply thanks to their new formulation. Their extended time for application also allows subsequent corrections to be made.

Technological developments improve the properties of screed mortars from StoCretec: they are easier to apply and impress with their robustness. They are suitable for repairing surfaces suitable for vehicle traffic, both indoors and outdoors: the mortars can be used to level damage and unevenness and to carry out repairs on horizontal and gently sloping surfaces. Thanks to their high resistance to frost and de-icing salt, the mortars are extremely durable, even without a finishing coat.
New: StoCrete TG 302
Renovate industrial flooring particularly quickly: This is what the new plastic-modified mortar StoCrete TG 302 is designed for. It is easy to apply as a thixotropic, buffable concrete repair. It enables extremely flexible layer thicknesses of 6 to 100 millimetres in just one work step. The mortar is therefore particularly safe to work with, as no second layer is required and in many cases there is even no need for an additional bonding slurry.
StoCrete TG 302 can be pumped using commercially available machine technology - making it particularly easy to use on large surfaces. It can then be easily compacted and smoothed while standing up with a screed bar or screed spreader, which is easy on the knees and back. Strength development is also fast: in many cases, the floor can be reworked after just 48 hours (at 23 °C) - depending on the site conditions.
Improved: StoCrete TG 104/TG 108
StoCrete TG 104 and TG 108 mortars are particularly suitable as a substructure for building engineering and traffic areas. They are non-combustible (building material class A1 according to MVVTB). The two single-component repair mortars combine malleable consistency and high resistance to flow. They can be compacted with minimal effort. Mechanical conveying and pumping is also possible. A layer thickness of 10 to 50 millimetres can be achieved in a single work step with StoCrete TG 104, and 20 to 100 millimetres with StoCrete TG 108. The new quality extends the time for application, giving applicators more time to compact, smooth, finish or correct surfaces. Thanks to their high resistance to frost and de-icing salt, both mortars are extremely durable, even without a finishing coat.
StoCrete TG 302 is pumpable and is therefore particularly suitable for large industrial floorings.
