The easy way to an electrostatic discharge floor

ESD-protected areas, server rooms, battery rooms or storage areas for flammable materials - the new electrically conductive sealing system StoFloor ESD WL 213 is versatile.
The matt StoPox WL 213 water-based coating material is suitable for old and new electrically conductive epoxy resin coatings. Mineral substrates can even be retrofitted as electrostatic discharge floors.

StoFloor ESD WL 213 is a versatile and easy-to-apply sealing system. It not only works on solvent-free, electrical conductivity epoxy resin coatings, but also on mineral substrates such as concrete, cementitious screed, magnesia screed or calcium sulphate screed.

No additional conductive layer is required here; it is sufficient to apply the floor coating twice with an earthing layer in between (StoDivers LS conducting set and StoDivers LB 100 conductive strip). Even non-conductive standard floors can be converted into electrostatic discharge floors. This means that StoFloor ESD WL 213 is also ideal for refurbishment.

The matt surface is easy to clean and the high colour retention against the effects of light prevents yellowing or fading. The surface is also abrasion-resistant, chemically resistant and resistant to plasticisers. The low VOC content lacquer is free from silicones, nonylphenol and benzyl alcohol. It can be applied quickly and easily without special expertise - manually or with an airless device.

- System resistance < 109 ohms in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1:2017-07
- Charging of persons < 100 volts in accordance with DIN EN 61340-5-1:2017-07
- Personal protection according to DIN VDE 0100-410:2018.10
- Resistance to ground < 108 Ohm according to TRGS 727
- Very low dependence of electrical conductivity on relative moisture
- Can be used on mineral substrates without conductive layer
