for protecting connections from compressive stress, sound-absorbing, grooved texture provides ideal bond to render layer, UV, weather, and ozone resistant, consists of six individual grooved tapes that can be separated (each 9 mm wide, total width: 54 mm), with two separate adhesive strips (18 mm and 36 mm wide) on the rear side

a grooved tape is not a substitute for a joint sealing tape the joint is only resistant to driving rain if a joint sealing tape is used additionally
