Highly resistant concrete repair
Exposure to the environment and chemicals in wastewater put the building fabric of concrete members in wastewater treatment plants under strain. In closed systems such as digesters, concrete corrosion caused by biogenic sulphuric acid also occurs. To combat this, we recommend our tested, permanently durable wastewater engineering range for concrete repair and concrete protection.
This includes the following systems: StoConcrete Repair Resist and StoConcrete Screed Resist
Mineral coating for stormwater overflow tanks
Maximum resistance to soiling, reduced cleaning effort
Surfaces in stormwater overflow tanks coated with StoCrete FB have increased resistance to soiling and are easier to clean. Labour-intensive cleaning work is dramatically reduced. In addition, the polymer-modified, cementitious coating protects the building fabric. The elastic coating system bridges cracks on a lasting basis, even at low temperatures. What’s more, the StoCrete FB mineral waterproofing slurry offers a vast array of other performance benefits.
The material is also resistant to thermal stresses caused by the shifts between direct solar radiation at the height of summer and fast-flowing cold water following rainstorms.
The StoCrete FB mineral coating is suitable for tank heads, floor areas, wall areas, and the shaft inlet. It is quick and easy to apply and fully resistant after seven days, reducing downtimes and the costs associated with these.

Preserving concrete areas on a lasting basis
Surface protection systems prevent water and harmful substances from penetrating the concrete. We offer solutions for closed systems subject to biogenic sulphuric acid attack, to protect stormwater overflow tanks and ensure they are easy to clean, and for areas that are not exposed to chemical attack. Extensive in-house and external monitoring guarantees consistently high product quality.
