Partial reprofiling on the surface and surface filling

To protect the reinforcement, the mineral corrosion protection StoCrete TK is applied twice. When using StoCrete SM P, the corrosion protection step is omitted.

Before the mortar is applied, the substrate is pre-wetted until matt. StoCrete SM/StoCrete SMP is first worked intensively into the excavated area. Then the gaps are filled with a slight excess application. After a short waiting time, the reprofiled surface is adjusted to the component (remove excess). Even large areas of unevenness in the surface can be ideally leveled out by finely filling the surface with StoCrete SM/StoCrete SM P.

The reprofiled surface is adjusted to the component surface by felting. The finely structured surface of StoCrete SM/StoCrete SM P offers ideal conditions for a permanent bond of subsequent seals or coatings.
