Reprofiling of areas of spalling (corners, edges)

Before the mortar is applied, the substrate is pre-wetted until matt.

StoCrete SM/StoCrete SMP is first worked intensively into the excavated area. The entire gap is then filled with a slight excess application. After a short waiting time, the reprofiled surface is adjusted to the component (remove excess).

The reprofiled surface is adjusted to the component surface by felting. Even large areas of unevenness in the surface can be ideally leveled out by finely filling the surface with StoCrete SM/StoCrete SM P. The finely structured surface of StoCrete SM/StoCrete SM P offers ideal conditions for a permanent bond of the subsequent sealing or coating.
