WHG-Beschichtung für Chemark in Ungarn
Chemark wurde 1991 von ungarischen Unternehmern gegründet und ist heute ein führender europäischer Lohnhersteller für komplexe Pflanzenschutzmittel. Das umfangreiche Portfolio von Chemark umfasst sowohl konventionelle chemische Pflanzenschutzmittel als auch biologische Alternativen und deckt damit ein breites Spektrum landwirtschaftlicher Bedürfnisse ab.

Im Herbst dieses Jahres hat das Unternehmen in seinem Werk in Berhida eines seiner Auffangbecken unterhalb der Rohstoffsilos instandgesetzt und modernisiert. Um die Einhaltung der in Ungarn strengen Umweltsicherheitsstandards sicherzustellen kamen hochleistungsfähige Beschichtungssysteme für den Gewässerschutz zum Einsatz:

Die bei Chemark eingesetzten Gewässerschutzsysteme sind hoch rissüberbrückend und verfügen über eine sehr hohe chemische und mechanische Widerstandsfähigkeit. So ist es ganz gleich, ob die Flurförderfahrzeuge mit Polyamid-, Vulkollan- oder Vollgummibereifung ausgestattet sind. Beide Systeme sind nach den aktuellen Grundlagen des Deutschen Instituts für Bautechnik (DIBt) geprüft und zugelassen. Die Epoxidharzbeschichtungen lassen sich sowohl mit glatten Oberflächen als auch mit integrierter Rutschhemmung applizieren, je nach vorliegenden Anforderungen.

Neben den oben genannten Eigenschaften bietet StoFloor Industry Elastic WHG Deck 110 eine zusätzliche leitfähige Zwischenschicht sowie eine leitfähige Deckschicht. Dadurch wird eine elektrostatische Aufladung beim Umgang mit leichtentzündlichen Medien verhindert.

Das mit Kupferleitbändern geerdete leitfähige Beschichtungssystem schützt auf diese Weise nicht nur vor dem Eindringen von wassergefährdenden Stoffen, sondern auch zusätzlich Mensch und Material vor Explosionen durch elektrostatische Entladung.

StoCretec water-protecting coating for Chemark in Hungary
Founded in 1991 by Hungarian entrepreneurs, Chemark is today a leading European contract manufacturer of complex plant protection products. Chemark's extensive portfolio includes both conventional chemical crop protection products and biological alternatives, thus covering a wide range of agricultural needs.

This autumn, the company refurbished and modernised one of its secondary containment tanks located below the raw material silos at its Berhida plant. To ensure compliance with Hungary's stringent environmental safety standards, high-performance coating systems for water protection were used:

The water protection systems used at Chemark are highly crack-bridging and possess very high chemical and mechanical resistance. This applies regardless of whether the industrial vehicles are equipped with polyamide, Vulkollan, or solid rubber tires. Both systems are tested and approved according to the current standards of the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). The epoxy resin coatings can be applied with either smooth surfaces or integrated antislip properties, depending on the specific requirements.

In addition to the properties mentioned above, StoFloor Industry Elastic WHG Deck 110 offers an additional conductive intermediate layer as well as a conductive top layer. This prevents electrostatic charging when handling highly flammable media. The StoCretec conductive WHG coating system, grounded with conductive copper tape, thus protects not only against the ingress of water-polluting substances but also additionally protects people and materials from explosions caused by electrostatic discharge.
