We refurbish your multi-storey car park according to your individual colour concept!
The Sparkasse car park Zentrum / Schloss in Ettlingen, the second-largest city in the Karlsruhe district in Germany, has undergone extensive refurbishment. The multi-storey car park offers over 400 parking spaces on two levels and it is very well frequented due to its central location.
In addition to the technical upgrades, the coatings of the walls and flooring were refurbished. The investor opted for our proven StoCretec multi-storey car park floor coating systems. The German bank’s car park also boasts a completely new look created by our StoDesign Interior colour and orientation concept.
StoDesign's concept incorporated the colour scheme for the north and south sections of the car park, aswell as for the parking areas on the first and second underground levels. The southern parking area was given a green colour scheme, inspired by the plane trees in the square in front of the corresponding exit.
The northern parking area, on the other hand, is adorned with a blue colour scheme that both echoes the motifs of the exit to the Alb River and envelops the sprinkler enclosure with colour and design. In this way, the colour concept reflects the clear positioning through colouring. The driving areas are light-coloured, contrasting with the darker parking carpets. Clear accents for the exits, elevator cubes, and stairwells, as well as the white markings on the floors and walls, provide explicit orientation within the car park.
StoCretec multi-storey car park systems meet all technical and aesthetical requirements
On approximately 5,900 square metres of the first basement flooring area, the long-term proven StoCretec OS 10 traffic area system StoFloor Traffic Elastic BA 2000 was applied. Beforehand, the floor substrate was prepared using suitable mechanical methods and reprofiled with StoCretec concrete repair products.
StoFloor Traffic Elastic BA 2000 prevents damage to the building structure caused by water and de-icing salts dissolved in water, which are carried into the underground car park by vehicles during the winter time. The StoCretec OS 10.2 surface protection system is highly crackbridging. The system's proprietary PUR protective layer waterproofs the concrete components, ensuring stability and a longer service life of the car park without the need for maintenance.
The permanently elastic StoPur BA 2000 spray-on waterproofing layer consists of an unfilled, two-component polyurethane resin. It is applied using a time-saving hot-spraying method. The specialised applicator also applied the system to walls and columns to protect the surface of the baseboard areas.
