For the floor coating of the CarLoft parking areas, the investor’s team of experts decided to apply the StoFloor Traffic Elastic PM MultiBase multi-storey car park system. The surface protection of these balconies, called "CarLoggia", must be adapted to the requirements of a traffic system, not forgetting the high demands on slip resistance, especially when wet. The high-quality PUR/UREA parking garage system is a full-featured, tested surface protection of class OS 10. It has a high level of wear resistance and increased crack-bridging with a slip resistance class R11 V10. The elastic surface protection system is three-layered with a fleecefree sealing coat. It is applied quickly and odourlessly in just three steps, without additional broadcasting with quartz sand and without a separate sealing coat, and the short construction time allows the operator to use the CarLofts quickly. StoFloor Traffic Elastic PM MultiBase cures quickly. The floor surface can be walked on just a few hours after application and driven on after 24 hours. A clear advantage for the hotelier.

The increased dynamic crack-bridging prevents cracks from forming and thus the penetration of water and harmful substances dissolved in it. The concrete and reinforcing steel of the balconylike construction, which is comparable to an open parking deck, are permanently protected. The structural stability of the component is ensured in the long term, renovation costs and downtimes are reduced. StoFloor Traffic Elastic PM MultiBase is suitable against rising damp. Its functionality is retained permanently.
