Elastic coating system for balcony floors
The elastic balcony coating system StoFloor Balcony Elastic EB 200 permanently protects the structure of balcony floors. It prevents the penetration of substances that damage the concrete.
The StoPur EB 200 coating combines UV and weather resistance with cold elasticity through the use of a multiphase polymer matrix (hybrid). In summer, the polyurethane resin provides lasting protection against mechanical stress. In winter, it bridges the cracks that open up when it cools down.
The coating system is available in 3 variants:
Colour variant
Coating system without design elements.
Variant Design
Coating system with StoChips scattered loosely or fully for an attractive appearance and slip resistance. Transparent sealing facilitates cleaning.
Variant Glass
Coating system with StoChips and sealant filled with Sto Ballotini solid glass balls. Elegant appearance, easy to clean and safe to walk on even when wet: coefficient of sliding friction µ > 0.45 according to DIN 51131.
Rapid coating system for balcony floors
The StoFloor Balcony Rapid DL 300 and StoFloor Balcony Waterproof DL 300 balcony systems show their strengths when things have to move quickly. The entire system can be completed in one day. On balconies or arcades in existing buildings, the blocking times can be planned and the restrictions on use reduced to the necessary minimum. Even short "weather windows" and colder seasons can be used for coating work. Thanks to the targeted dosing of the catalyst StoPma KAT 300, the coating system can be installed at substrate temperatures between 0 °C and 30 °C.
The StoFloor Balcony Waterproof DL 300 system is a waterproofing system for balconies that can be walked on directly. It uses a PMMA/PUR material combination. The polyurethane-elasticised material is permanently elastic even under extreme environmental conditions.
Decorative coating system for balcony floors
The aesthetic design of buildings is becoming increasingly important alongside functional requirements. This is especially true for such an eye-catching facade element as the balcony. With StoCryl BF 700, StoCretec has a floor paint in its range that can be used in a variety of ways - even on balconies. StoCryl BF 700 is weather and UV resistant. The many design options are reflected in the extensive tinting possibilities, e.g. according to the RAL colour shade guide or StoColor System. As a floor paint with metallic effect in copper, gold or silver tones or due to the use of creative processing techniques, your balcony floor becomes unmistakable.
