StoFloor Balcony Waterproof EB 200
The elastic StoFloor Balcony Waterproof EB 200 coating system has been protecting reinforced concrete balcony floors for over 20 years. It prevents the penetration of water and harmful substances dissolved in it into the concrete and thus ensures lasting value retention.
The long-proven thick-layer system has now passed the test as a seal suitable for foot traffic in accordance with EAD 030350-00-0402. It has been certified to the highest level of the service life category W3 (25 years), climate zones (M and S) and temperature resistance. The requirements for balcony sealing coats in accordance with DIN 18531-5 for sealing coats that are directly and indirectly suitable for foot traffic are fully met.
Heat-resistant in summer, cold-elastic in winter
A balcony coating system can prevent water from penetrating cracks and causing damage. The system must be able to withstand mechanical loads and summer heat and at the same time be highly bridging of cracks at low temperatures.
The StoPur EB 200 balcony coating combines UV and weather-resistance with cold elasticity by using a multi-phase polymer matrix (hybrid). The polyurethane resin provides lasting protection against mechanical stress in summer and bridges the cracks that open up when it cools down in winter.

The StoFloor Balcony Waterproof EB 200 renovation system is suitable for balcony surfaces, access balconies and loggias. It impresses with its outstanding appearance and offers the possibility of decorative design with a very wide range of colours and the scattering of coloured acrylate chips. If even more individuality is required, it is even possible to tint individual containers.
The StoPur DL 520 or StoPur VR 100 sealing coats filled with Sto Ballotini ensure good cleaning properties and safe foot traffic even when wet.
StoFloor Balcony Waterproof EB 200 contributes to compliance with the requirements for sound insulation in building engineering in accordance with DIN 4109.
The system has been proven to reduce impact sound by 12 decibels.
